A note from Terence

No fanfare.
Just the work.

With a live event career spanning more than 30 years, I have built an extensive skillset ranging across stadiums, arenas, clubs, convention centers, amphitheaters, boat docks, parking lots and just about anywhere else a live gig can be held.

I began at Bill Graham Presents, in San Francisco, in 1987. Mr. Graham (RIP) and his executive staff took me under their wing and trained me in production, security, advancing, logistics, and in just plain being honest and nice. Ways that I believe are sorely lacking nowadays. But rest assured — I still operate with the same values I learned and retained during that formative period. Philosophies such as, “The most important person at the event is the ticket buyer. Period.” — Bill

Around my day gig as a union carpenter, I also volunteered to look after local guitarists at their various Bay Area club shows, for anyone that would let me. Most of the time free of charge, to learn. Every now and then I would make 25 bucks. I still have friendships with these people, to this day. How cool is that?

I began my formal touring experience in 1990, with the Bay Area metal band Vicious Rumors. As a guitar tech. Oy. That was real. Real awesome, that is.

I began tour managing in 1994, for Quiet Riot. I was on tour with these guys, looking after Carlos Cavazo and Chuck Wright. The regular TM had moved on, and Kevin DuBrow and Frankie Banali (both RIP) took over, but weren’t digging it. One day Kevin says to me, “You’d be a fantastic tour manager. I’m making you our new TM. Now go get my #@&*%$# money.” So, I did. I had no idea how much I would love tour managing. But I do. I keep it fresh, fun, moral, humble, and transparent. Because I was taught to. Over the years, I have of course kept learning and gaining experience. I believe strongly in peer mentorship and have been blessed to have had some amazing people help me along.

As of 2026, my tour management clients include Marilyn Manson, Five Finger Death Punch, Night Ranger, Nothing More, Yngwie J. Malmsteen and many others. My guitar and backline clients include Rob Zombie, BUSH, Halestorm, Smashing Pumpkins and more.

I’ll leave you guys with this: It’s about the artists, their management organization, and their crews. Always.

  • Excel at written, technical and verbal skills.
  • International Master Certification (6th degree black belt) in Taekwondo & International Referee (Ireland).
  • Certified in critical incident management.
  • Member in good standing of SAG/AFTRA.
  • Journeyman in good standing Studio Mechanic/Stage Technician with I.A.T.S.E. Local 336, including regular Steward duties and Head Carpenter duties supervising crews of 20+ workers.
  • Touring security and body guarding: public safety and event management trained; risk assessment and personal protection; 35+ years of martial arts experience.
  • Production consulting: decades across tour management, backline, and production management, available for advisory and consulting engagements.

Accomplishments

  • Successfully performed tasks including tour/production/stage management, accounting, security/bodyguard, worldwide.
  • Drug and alcohol free.
  • Valid U.S. (American Citizen), E.U. (Irish Citizen) and U.K. (British Citizen) passport holder.
  • Multiple return engagements with high profile artists.
